1. Information We Collect

When you use Linecraft, we collect:

• Account data: Apple/Google account identifier, name, and email address (when provided by your sign-in provider).
• User content: screenshots/images you select for AI generation, generated outputs, and optional saved history.
• Device information: device name, device identifier, operating system type and version, app version, and platform (iOS/Android).
• Push notification tokens: device tokens for sending push notifications (if you grant notification permissions).
• Product usage and diagnostics: feature usage, token/message usage, and basic service logs needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
• Subscription and billing data: subscription state, purchase metadata, and transaction information needed to manage paid access.

All personal data collected (account information, user content, device identifiers, and usage data) is linked to your user identity to provide the service.

2. How and When We Collect Data

• At sign-in: When you authenticate with Apple or Google, we receive your account identifier, name, and email address. Your authentication provider (Apple or Google) also collects device information, IP address, and authentication metadata during the OAuth sign-in process.
• When you upload an image: Before you can generate AI responses, we request your explicit permission to send your selected image to our AI service providers. If you grant permission, we collect the image you select.
• When you generate content: After you grant permission, we send your selected image, generation mode, and tone preference to our AI service providers for processing.
• When you enable notifications: If you grant notification permissions, we collect your device's push notification token to send you notifications.
• Automatically during app use: We collect service metadata (usage counts, error logs, device information) as you use the app.
• From billing providers: We receive subscription status and purchase updates from our billing service providers.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide AI-generated response suggestions by sending your images and preferences to AI service providers.
• Operate your account and authenticate you using your sign-in provider credentials.
• Manage subscriptions and enforce free/paid usage limits using device identifiers and subscription data.
• Send push notifications using your device token (if you granted permission).
• Save and display your generation history (if you choose to save content).
• Prevent abuse and fraud, investigate errors, and secure the app using device information and usage logs.

4. AI Data Sharing and Consent

Before the app sends your content to AI providers, we ask for your explicit permission in-app. If you do not grant permission, we do not send your selected screenshot/image for AI generation.

When you grant permission and generate content, we send the following data to our servers for processing:

• Your selected screenshot/image.
• Your selected generation mode and tone.
• Technical metadata required to process and return the result.

Third-party AI processing: Our servers use third-party AI service providers to generate responses. These AI services may collect:

• Content sent for processing (your images and preferences)
• IP address (for service delivery and abuse prevention)
• Request timestamps and API metadata
• Technical information about the request (model used, response time)

We carefully select AI service providers that maintain privacy and security standards comparable to our own.

You can withdraw permission at any time by simply stopping AI generation use. Your previously generated content will remain in your history (if saved) until you delete it or your account.

5. Third-Party Services and Data They Collect

We use the following third-party services to operate Linecraft. Each service collects specific data as described below:

We only use third-party processors that provide privacy and security protections comparable to those described in this policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history features, comply with legal obligations, and protect against abuse. You can request account and data deletion at privacy@getlinecraft.com.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw AI-sharing permission by stopping AI generation.
• Stop using the service at any time.
